Professor Bolaji Olufunmileyi Owasanoye LL.B., B.L., LL.M., AMNIM
Presently Research Professor and Head of Department of Commercial and Property Law at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Lagos. He has conducted several programmes on issues in Nigerian Capital market, External Debt Management, International Trade Law and Foreign Investment and has worked as a Consultant and Country Focal Person to the United Nations Institute for Training and Research on External Debt Management Training for Nigerian Lawyers. He also consults for UNICEF and other development agencies on the Nigerian social sector. In 1996, he was appointed Adjunct Professor of International Trade Law and External Debt Management of the Lagos State University. His publications cover the areas of Commercial Law, External Debt Management, Social Development and Human Rights.
Mrs. Adebowale Adebisi Laditan LL.B., B.L
Graduated with honours from the University of Ife in 1984 and was called to the bar in 1985. She has had over twenty years post-call experience as a corporate lawyer in a multinational telecommunications company, having served as Legal Officer and later Company Solicitor of ITTN. As Legal Adviser to the late Chairman/ Chief Executive of ITTN, she was responsible for starting-up and co-ordinating the initial operations of several companies including Summit Oil Limited, Concord Airlines, Abiola Farms Limited and Spectrum Energy and Information Technology (West Africa) Limited. She has core expertise in telecommunications law, real estate acquisition and management, agriculture, aviation and petroleum law.

Alex N. Muoka jr. LL.B., B.L., LL.M., ACIArb
Graduated from the Lagos State University, Ojo in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 winning the Dr. Graham-Douglas prize for the 'best and most outstanding student in company law and commercial practice' at the Nigerian Law School. He holds a Master of Laws degree of the University of Lagos specialising in International Commercial Law and Secured Credit Transactions, worked as a Legal Officer with ITT Nigeria Limited and practiced from September, 1992 with the general practice firm of Messrs. Tunde Odanye & Co. – which he left in July 1997 (as Head of Chambers) to set up this practice. He was appointed a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Nigeria and was sworn-in on the 22nd of September, 1999. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of the United Kingdom, and is currently the Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigeria. His core expertise is in the areas of: civil litigation, company and commercial law, banking and insurance matters, corporate re-structuring and re-engineering, project and joint venture documentation, communications, construction and development law, trusts, environmental law and intellectual property law.
